How this LuPop test handles information

This Private Test is for evaluating LuPop with fake data only. Do not enter real client, health, disability, aged-care, financial or other sensitive information.

Information stored in this test

The prototype stores the test records you choose to enter, such as fake client details, notes, invoices, business settings and document details. Uploaded test files are stored in this browser's local IndexedDB storage.

Where your test records go

The LuPop prototype does not send the records you enter to a LuPop account or database because this version has no production backend. The records remain in local browser storage on this device unless you export, share or clear them.

Hosting and technical information

The website files are served by our hosting provider. Like normal web hosting, the provider may process routine connection information needed to deliver the site, such as IP address and browser/device request information. This is separate from the fake business and client records stored locally by the prototype.

Sharing and exports

LuPop only hands a generated file to another app when you deliberately use an export or share action. What happens after you choose another app or service is controlled by that service and your device.

What is not active

This Private Test has no LuPop account system, subscription billing, payment processing, advertising, marketing email system or analytics built into the app.

Before real data is allowed

A full production Privacy Policy will replace this notice after LuPop's secure backend, authentication, hosting, backups, third-party services and data locations are finalised and reviewed.

When you use this LuPop Private Test, the prototype stores information that you deliberately enter so the app can demonstrate features such as clients, shift notes, invoices, documents, reports and business settings.

What is collected in this test

Only the test information you choose to enter into the app and the test files you choose to upload. You should use invented information only.

To let you test LuPop's workflows and features on this device.

How it is stored

Test records are kept in browser local storage. Uploaded test files are kept in browser IndexedDB storage. There is no LuPop production account or cloud database connected to this Private Test.

If you do not provide information

You can still open LuPop, but features that require example client, note, invoice or document information cannot be meaningfully tested without entering fake test data.

Disclosure and sharing

The prototype does not routinely disclose your entered test records. If you deliberately export or share a file, your device may pass that file to the app or service you choose.

Overseas processing

No final statement about production overseas data handling is made yet because LuPop's production service providers and data locations have not been selected. The hosting provider for this test may process routine website connection information through its global network.

This statement will be replaced with a final collection notice before LuPop is approved for real personal or sensitive information.

This build is an unfinished prototype for evaluating LuPop. Use fake data only. It is not approved for storing real client or sensitive information.

No guarantee of permanent storage

Browser data can be lost if site data is cleared, the browser removes storage, the app is reinstalled or the device is changed. Keep anything important outside this test build.

Features may change

Screens, calculations, exports and workflows may be changed, removed or reset while the prototype is being developed and tested.
